How is my printing price determined?  

• Type (Shirts, Hats, Hoodies, Polo’s etc)

• Print Location (Front only, Back only, Front & Back.

•  Quantity Of Products: Shirts, Hats, Hoodies, Polo’s Etc 

•  Quantity Of Print Color, 1 color print/pressed being the standard lowest price.

Is there a minimum order?  

•  Yes 6 For 1 Color Print On one side of shirts, hats hoodies, etc.

How can I get help with my design?

•  We offer art work clean-up service (vectorize) (normal to semi-complex). 

•  Customers are encouraged to have their designs ready in JPEG, PDF PNG format, at least 150 dpi. Vector is also best.

•  We are eduacted graphic designers and can design logos, or a new t-shirt design at a seperate fee.

 Can I select different colors and styles of garments in the same order?

Once order is placed you can choose a different model and make as additional order.

What happens after I place my order?

•  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, be sure to put in your email when making payment.

•  * Proof will be emailed to you for confirmation, be sure to check your inbox including spam folder

•  We need 1-2 business days for e-proof to be created.

When will I receive my order?

•  We order garments as orders come in.

•  Production: 5–7 0r 10-15 business days. Plus 1–2 day shipping. After proof is approved next business day.

(Unless being delivered locally or picked up.) Most clients pick up orders at our studio.

Can I print trademarked materials?

•  No, we cannot print trademarked/copyrighted designs. We can print licensed designs as long as you can provide the paperwork for licensing.

What size are prints on shirts?

•  Front Left Chest Logos are normally 3” to 4.5” Inches

•  Back of shirts are 9.5” to 10.5” inches we can do 11” inches max but will cost more.

•  Hats are 3” to 4.5” inches (logos)

Can I supply my own garments?

• Yes shirts must be 100% Cotton. Polyester.

What are your accepted file types?

• We accept PNG, PDF, JPEG, AI. EPS file formats/

• ALL GRAPHIC AND PRINT JOBS REQUIRE A 50% ADVANCED PAYMENT DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON PLACING AN ORDER. AND REMAINING 50% BALANCE FOR PRINT PRODUCTION.
